CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO QUINN PARK MARKETS
All stall holders must have their own public liability insurance.
Vendors of products requiring a license, permit, or other authorization must produce same on request this also includes Health Regulations.
Fee for a standard stall site is $15. All fees will be collected by 9.30am.
Gates will open at 6.30am for permanent stallholders. Permanent sites must be filled by 7.30am, unless by prior notification, to ensure they retain their site.
Non regulars are asked to arrive between 7.00 and 8.00am.
To become a permanent stallholder the vendor must have traded at the Swansea Markets for three or more consecutive Market days.
Permanents are requested to contact the market coordinator, no later than 5pm on the Friday prior to market day if unable to attend any market day, to ensure their “regular stallholder” status is maintained.
Stallholders are asked to refrain from packing up until after 12 pm, weather permitting.
The park must be vacated by 2pm, when the vehicle asses gate will be locked by the market manager.
All stallholders must leave their site as they found it and remove all rubbish incurred.
NB: The East Lake Macquarie Historical Society Inc. reserves the right to refuse admission to any Stall Holder not willing to abide by the conditions of entry.
